Craft your escape
After you take care of our Planning Fee (which varies depending on the type of vacation), we’ll begin designing your escape. You’ll receive up to three itinerary proposals to review—pick your favorite, which we’ll tweak to perfection based on your feedback.

Square away the details
With your final itinerary in place, we’ll now work with our trusted travel partners to secure every travel component for you—this includes hotel/cruise cabins, transfers, tours, excursions, and more. We’ll also communicate any special needs or requests your family has for a truly tailored escape.

Adventure together
Time to travel! Don’t forget to open your Bon Voyage Box from us, full of special surprises, before you depart. As your family travels, you can rest easy knowing you have our full support—as well as contact info for our in-destination partners who can assist you as needed.

Yes, we ask for a Planning Fee ranging between $100 - $500 before we begin designing your custom itinerary; this covers our time spent researching your options, liaising with our travel partners, and providing support before and during your journey.
